What are the official check-in and check-out times?↓
Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out is until 12:00. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance to verify availability.
How do I get to the estate?↓
We are located at Km 5 Vía Salento, on the scenic route to Salento, Quindío. Once you confirm your booking, we will send you a detailed GPS guide according to your mode of transportation.
Is there private secured parking?↓
Yes, we provide complimentary private and monitored parking for all staying guests inside the estate grounds.
Is the hotel Pet Friendly?↓
Yes, we love pets! Well-behaved pets are welcome upon request with a small additional cleaning fee.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the estate?↓
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in both common areas (reception, pool, restaurant) and inside all guest suites.
